From a modest beginning in 1986 (about 500 attendees enjoyed two days of entertainment) to over 12,000 audience seats filled over five days and nights of activities, the Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Festival has established itself as one of the premier literary festivals in the country.
The Festival has been named one of the Top 10 Literary Festivals in the nation (USA Today) and one of the Top 6 Literary Festivals Around the World You Can’t Miss (Afar Magazine).
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we partner with individuals, foundations, grant organizations, and corporate sponsors to fund our programs.
We offer tax deductions, branding opportunities, Festival perks, and exposure to over 15,000 Festival patrons and supporters through our website, newsletter, and social media followers.
