2022 Box Office Information

All of our tickets and passes are available online, and we strongly encourage you to purchase tickets in advance through our website. Online ticket sales will continue throughout the Festival for your convenience.

We’re going green! When you purchase tickets to our events, you do not need to come to the box office to pick up a paper ticket. Your name will automatically be added to the door list. If you like, you can print your ticket at home or you can show your confirmation on your smart phone.

VIP Passholders, Literary Discussion Passholders, and SASFest Registrants must come by the box office to check in and pick up your credentials.

Our box office will be on site on the Hotel Monteleone Mezzanine in Room Queen Anne B Thursday, March 24 – Saturday, March 26, from 9 AM – 4 PM, and on Sunday, March 27 from 9 AM – 2 PM.

I want to go to everything! What’s the best value?

A VIP Pass ($600) admits you into every event for TWFest and SASFest except Nightingale, Drag Queen Brunch, and Cocktails with Tennessee.

I want to go to as many literary discussions as possible, plus some other events. What should I buy?

A Literary Discussion Pass ($100) admits you to all Literary Discussions for TWFest and SASFest. Then you can add in writer’s craft sessions, master classes, theatre events, and special events as individual ticket purchases.

What is SASFest?

SASFest is our LGBTQ+ Literary Festival, happening the same weekend as TWFest. Registration for SASFest is $150 and admits you to all SASFest readings, panels, master classes, and special events. Your TWFest VIP Pass admits you to all of those events, too. And your TWFest Literary Discussion Pass admits you to SASFest Panels. You can also purchase SASFest master classes individually.

If I buy a VIP Pass, how do I chose my events to make sure I’m on the door list for the things I really want to attend?

Our Patron Manager, Taylor Bradley, will contact you to help you make your selections and get your name on the events you don’t want to miss.

I can only attend for a day. Do you sell Day Passes?

We sell Literary Discussion Day Passes, and then you can add in any other events you want to attend that day as individual ticket purchases. We also sell SASFest Day Passes.
