Tena Clark

Tena Clark has written award winning songs, contributed to multi-platinum movie soundtracks including Hope Floats, The Five Heart Beats, Where the Heart Is, and My Best Friend’s Wedding, and television shows such as Desperate Housewives, and is the CEO/Chief Creative Officer for DMI Music & Media Solutions. She is also a civil rights activist and crusader for women’s rights, including writing and producing the theme song for One Billion Rising, a movement to end violence against women and girls. Clark’s first book is a memoir, Southern Discomfort.
