Allison Alsup

Allison Alsup is an award-winning writer whose work has appeared in the O. Henry Prize Stories and Best Food Writing. Foreign Seed is her first novel and was named a Historical Novel Society editor’s pick and finalist for debut fiction by the National Jewish Book Awards. As co-founder and Creative Director of the local nonprofit,  New Orleans Writers Workshop, Allison regularly teaches fiction workshops and works one-on-one with writers to develop their manuscripts.
