Become An Intern

Festival internships are available year-round and cover a wide variety of skill levels and college majors. We work closely with our interns' schedules to accommodate work and school responsibilities. We welcome college juniors through graduate students as interns, and others may volunteer with us during the Festival.

Internships are available for the full Festival cycle (fall through spring semester), single semesters, and summers. We also offer seasonal internships during the month before, during, and after the Festival. Internships do not have to be connected to a university requirement—you can just build your resume by interning with us!

Typical majors associated with Festival internships are English, creative writing, journalism, communications, arts administration, hotel/restaurant/tourism, and others related to working in a non-profit arts organization.

The Festival seeks assistance with:

  • Marketing
  • Publicity
  • Patron Management
  • Writing and Editing
  • Event Management
  • Photography
  • Videography
  • Box Office Management
