Propose a Panel for TWFest!
We’re accepting panel proposals for the Tennessee Williams & New Orleans and the Saints & Sinners LGBTQ+ Literary Festivals!
GUIDELINES
All 2027 TWFEST/SAS panels must meet the following criteria:

- Include between three and four participants, plus a moderator
- Be 75 minutes long
- Include a title and description in line with TWFest program standards
- Include a short bio; a link to a press-kit or website for each participant; a high-res author photo for each participant and other possible topics which they are available to discuss (i.e. small press publishing, the craft of adaptation)
- The panel proposer/organizer may be a moderator or panelist and will be the primary contact point between the participants and the Festival
We encourage you to look through last year’s program to familiarize yourself with our literary programming, namely our writer’s craft sessions and literary discussion panels.

SUBMISSION SCHEDULE
- September 30, 2026: Deadline to submit 2027 panel proposals
- November 15: TWFest announces accepted events.
- December 15: Deadline for applicants to confirm/commit to scheduled events.
- February 2027: Full festival schedule is announced.
BENEFITS/TRAVEL
- Each TWFest participant will receive a $75 honorarium, 2 LitPasses, and an invitation to the TWFest VIP Party on Friday, March 19
- Participants will be required to fund their own travel to and stay in New Orleans
