Jaclyn Bethany

Jaclyn Bethany is an Emmy award-winning writer/director and scholar. A native of Jackson, Mississippi, she graduated from Fordham University (B.A., Acting), the London Film School (M.A., Screenwriting), and holds an M.F.A. in Directing from the American Film Institute. In addition to directing seven feature films, she has extensive acting credits. At sixteen years old, Jaclyn discovered Tennessee Williams, which led to a passion for his work. Recent acting work includes Laura in The Glass Menagerie at New Stage Theater and The Six Blanches with the Tennessee Williams Theatre Co. of NOLA. She is represented by Buchwald in New York and L.A.
