Moira Crone
Moira Crone is the author of three novels and three books of stories, including The Not Yet, a dystopian tale set in the flooded ruins of New Orleans in the year 2121. A finalist for the Philip K Dick Award, an international prize for science fiction paperback of the year, the novel is widely taught in architectural theory, and Eco Futurism classes in the US and abroad. In 2009, she was awarded the Robert Penn Warren Award for the body of her work by the Fellowship of Southern Writers. Since 2019, she has been active as a visual artist. Her work has been in over thirty exhibitions in the Gulf South and the East and West Coasts.
