Jef Hall-Flavin

Jef Hall-Flavin’s career spans three continents as a director and educator; he directed the Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theater Festival from 2007 – 2018. He staged 12 productions, including three world premiere Williams’ plays, produced, toured, and presented dozens of productions from around the globe. Among several artistic leadership roles, Jef served as associate director of the Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington DC,. His current work interrogates the relationships between text and meaning, and he recently earned a Practice-as-Research degree at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, where he now teaches.
