Cammie McGovern

Cammie McGovern is the author of Hard Landings, a memoir of her experience investigating adult services for people with autism and other developmental disabilities around the country, just as her son, Ethan, was turning 22 and entering the system himself.  She is also the author of four middle-grade and three young-adult novels, all of which feature characters with disabilities.   She lives in Amherst, MA, with her husband and three (mostly grown) kids.
