
Jennifer Shaw
Jennifer Shaw is an artist working at the intersection of photography and printmaking. In her work she addresses themes of climate, family, and home. From plastic cameras to photogravures, play and experimentation are integral to her practice. Jennifer earned a BFA in photography at the Rhode Island School of Design. She has published two monographs: Hurricane Story, and Nature/Nurture. Her prints are in collections including NOMA, the Ogden Museum, and the Museum of Fine Arts Houston. In 2020, Shaw was one of three finalists for the 1858 Prize. In 2021 she was one of Photolucida’s Critical Mass Top 50 artists. She lives in New Orleans, Louisiana.
